Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear as much as your favorite games, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and include the packing slip or a note with your order details inside.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5 business days.
